About Me
I am a systems developer transitioning into data engineering. While supporting the American Community Survey program at the U.S. Census Bureau, I wore several hats: tester, technical writer, and developer. Over time, my responsibilities have grown to include verifying and validating data, optimizing system performance, and exploring data storage solutions, which gave me hands-on experience with data engineering tasks. I found myself enjoying the challenge of solving complex problems, designing efficient systems, and automating processes to make them more reliable and useful.
This experience sparked a deeper interest in data engineering and a desire to learn modern tools and best practices to improve how data systems are built and maintained. I'm dedicated to expanding my knowledge and look forward to helping businesses turn their vast, complex data into valuable information that empowers growth and leads to positive business outcomes.
